1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver all over Pakistan using trusted courier partners, including TCS, Leopards, M&P, Call Courier/Postex, Daewoo Fastex, and others.

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days for most cities.

  • Remote Areas: 5 to 10 business days, depending on location and courier availability.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate: Rs. 230 per order nationwide, Or Free delivery based on the offers/sales.

  • Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 5,000.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns or exchanges.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your order using the courier's tracking portal.

5. Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details (name, address, phone number) are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment (additional charges may apply).
